Angela Lee Gieras is a voracious learner and trainer who is dedicated to the exploration and application of best practices in non-profit management and leadership.She is currently the executive director of Kansas City Repertory Theatre and founder of Inspired Arts Management, LLC. She is a passionate change-agent and strategic-minded theater executive with an MBA and MA in Arts Administration whose two decades of experience has resulted in a track record of success in growing audiences, doubling fundraising dollars, strengthening financial results, and building organizational capacity by nurturing the strengths of the leadership team. She has senior leadership experience in social service, public broadcasting and the arts. Her passion and skill in leadership development was cultivated through training at the Kansas Leadership Center and the Harvard Business School Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management. She is inspired by building trust, helping others succeed, and witnessing the seeds of leadership develop and grow.
