During a session or meeting, such as a two-day retreat, JER HR Group Consultants will facilitate a focused look at the team elements of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. Participants will have taken the Five Behaviors assessment prior to the session. Sessions generally end with a team charter created by participants.
