The program uses Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, to help participants understand their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.

    This intensive program provides intact teams with an opportunity to dive deeply into each of the five behaviors, evaluate their strengths and develop strategies to overcome weaknesses. The team's progress can be measured over time using The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Progress Report. This allows for the team to revisit a behavior and develop new plans of actions to increase effectiveness.
