The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

Solutions

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (DiSC)

In this one or three day assessment-based workshop, teams learn the tools, skills and strategies necessary to become high-performing and cohesive teams.

Bringing together everyone’s personalities to form a cohesive, productive, team takes work, but the payoff is huge for individuals, the team, and the organization. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team guides intact teams through a journey to improve in five areas that are key to productive team dynamics: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

Each individual on the team will learn their own personality style and their team members’ styles, based on the Everything DiSC® model and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success. Personality is a key determinant for how people present themselves and interpret the words and actions of others. Gaining a better understanding and greater appreciation of each team member’s style gives the team as a whole the ability to work together more effectively.
