Kupu A'e Leadership Development is an Accredited Certified Facilitator

Since 2001, we have partnered with many organizations state-wide in Hawaii to create and foster healthy organizations through our leadership development company. In 2015, we added a few more tools to our toolbox in order to help our partners overcome challenges. We help our clients build team member relationships to achieve their goals by fostering a successful and healthy community within their organizations.

This program has been extremely beneficial to our clients who have been struggling with the true meaning of what a functional team really is.     The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To help people discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this assessment-based program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors™ model into practice.

  • Measuring Your Teams Progress

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Progress Report is for teams who have already taken the original The Five Behaviors™ assessment. The Progress Report measures team progress by graphically comparing how a team's performance changed over time.
    The Progress Report highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals. You'll be able to compare how a team’s performance has changed over time and highlight areas of greatest improvement and of greatest decline.
