One of her favourite things to do is host get-togethers with friends and family.

  • Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team - DiSC-based program

This program is based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team are: Trust, Conflict; Commitment; Accountability; and Results.

The purpose of the workshop is for team members to learn and practice the behaviours that will help them become a more cohesive team. The value of becoming a cohesive team is that the team will function at a higher level, with less stress, projects will run more smoothly, and team members will be happier at work.

At the beginning of the program the team does a self-assessment based on the 20 behaviours within the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team model. The team assessment is a benchmark and the purpose is to give the team a sense of its unique strengths and areas for improvement. It’s a tool that provides a current and ideal state and helps the team members focus on the kinds of changes they want to make and how to make them.
