LBC Team

Lynch Bryan Consulting, LLC helps individuals, teams and organizations find better ways to get things done in the workplace. We use best practice workshops, creative learning experiences and customized solutions to close skill gaps, build leaders and guide teams and organizations toward clarity of purpose and delivery of improved results.

We are passionate about building teams. Does that mean climbing ropes and enduring trust falls? No. We believe team development is a process - not a one time "spashy/feel good event." Building a strong team is hard work, takes patience, and requires a dedicated leader.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a model that we have used successfully for many years to help teams understand the importance of building a foundation of common ground and trust. The investment in this part of the process pays off tremendously for teams who are willing to do the work. This hard work leads to a strong team prepared to invite productive conflict, commit to each other and the work, hold each other accountable and get results.

    When we hear the term "coaching" we often think of a one-on-one situation. And while traditional coaching certainly plays an important role in development, there is an exponentially positive effect when team members are given the opportunity to learn and grow together.

    Team coaching is highly customized and we work closely with clients to design and deliver high impact solutions. Many of our clients have reported that these experiences reap the greatest benefits for the investment.

Facilitator Accreditation

Become an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors® Team Development to unlock organizations’ untapped potential with this breakthrough program. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to this team development solution, this course will increase your knowledge and strengthen your Five Behaviors facilitation skills.

With The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation, you will dive deep into the Five Behaviors model and facilitation best practices. This five-week course will help you build the confidence and expertise to navigate The Five Behaviors Team Development sessions, fine-tuning your skills to deliver an effective experience for any team.

Online Program Includes:

  • Five week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Three to four hours of self-directed online study per week
  • Final exam
  • Accreditation certificate
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
