Before founding Mann Consulting, LLC, Christine held the offices of Vice President of Business Enablement in Global Business Services, and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Global Procurement and Real Estate at American Express. These teams implemented significant change management strategies, talent and engagement approaches, and customer satisfaction programs.Christine also held several progressive leadership roles within the Operations, Strategy, and Customer Service functions. Prior to her career at American Express, Christine gained extensive expertise in the Procurement, Materials, and Manufacturing functions at Northrop Grumman. Christine holds a Master of Arts from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Christine also earned her Global Leadership Certification from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management.
