As an ICF certified coach and business consultant, Christine focuses on the values and relationships that facilitate lasting success.

Her "secret sauce" is to holistically understand individuals --professionally and personally -- as well their business challenges. Christine then tailors her approach and toolset to help leaders and their teams discover and capitalize on their unique strengths, build alliances, and achieve their objectives.

Christine also helps busy executives by creating custom leadership development solutions and communication strategies to sustain momentum and drive results.

Before founding Mann Consulting, LLC, Christine held the offices of Vice President of Business Enablement in Global Business Services, and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Global Procurement and Real Estate at American Express. These teams implemented significant change management strategies, talent and engagement approaches, and customer satisfaction programs.

Christine also held several progressive leadership roles within the Operations, Strategy, and Customer Service functions.

Prior to her career at American Express, Christine gained extensive expertise in the Procurement, Materials, and Manufacturing functions at Northrop Grumman.

Christine holds a Master of Arts from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.

Christine also earned her Global Leadership Certification from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management.

The Five Behaviors® Practitioner Certification course is a virtual, two-week, learning experience designed for practitioners who want to deepen their level of expertise in The Five Behaviors.

  • In-depth discovery of The Five Behaviors solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development. Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • How to customize and deliver impactful Five Behaviors learning experiences to address your unique training needs.
  • Facilitation techniques while receiving feedback from your peers in a supportive environment.

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping cohesive and high-performing teams—knowledgeable in the language of The Five Behaviors.
