Don has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, developing a reputation for innovation in operations and program delivery. Together, their specialties include strategy development and execution, leadership development, and nonprofit capacity building Don holds a doctorate (Ed.D) in organizational leadership, and Janet holds a master's in organizational leadership.
