Bruce has served as Production Crew Leader, Sales Manager and Product Development Manager for various Entertainment Lighting organizations. While overseeing crews of 100+ on multi-national productions, Bruce honed his leadership and management skills. Bruce's professional focus is on sales and communication as well as leadership development.
