It offers a common language that can lead to increased effectiveness and better workplace relationships.Samantha is an accredited facilitator of EverythingDiSC® trainings and The Five Behaviors® processes, both of which help develop effective leaders and build healthier teams and companies. Samantha is licensed to deliver the 2-day EverythingDiSC® Workplace certification course to clients. Samantha holds the highly-sought credential of a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and was only the second coach in Alaska to attain this credential. Samantha has an MA in Organizational Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University . She is a certified Evidence-Based Coach (Fielding Graduate University), a certified Transformational Presence coach (Center for Transformational Presence), & a certified Team Foundations coach (Global Team Coaching Institute).Samantha serves as the Lead Instructor and Mentor Coach Team manager for the University of Wisconsin's Certified Professional Coach program. Samantha is also an international partner coach for the Center for Non-Profit Coaching (CNPC).Samantha has years of experience in diverse organizational situations, including six years in South Africa with a grassroots movement focused on developing leaders. Prior to founding The Dynamic Space, Samantha developed her coaching practice for ten years in Juneau, Alaska (called Dynamic Consulting). Before Alaska, Samantha worked in international development where she managed and trained staff on a USAID project in Afghanistan. Samantha does work across the country from Pennsylvania to Alaska. Samantha currently resides with her family on her childhood farm in West Alexander, Pennsylvania. She dreams of creating more space and processes for individuals and groups to experience the land, community, personal reflection, and some space to breathe.
