Darrell Kehler launched SCOPE after more than 20 years of working in leadership development with a broad range of individuals and organizations. SCOPE is a resource that assists leaders to maximize their potential.

Darrell discovered Patrick Lencioni's book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, when it first came out in 2002. At the time, Darrell was immersed in leadership development in South America and applied the Five Behaviors model to groups of leaders in various contexts. More recently, Darrell has been facilitating the The Five Behaviors Of A Cohesive Team program in Canada.

SCOPE has chosen to utilize The Five Behaviors Of A Cohesive Team program because of the powerful learning experience it provides for leadership teams. This aligns with SCOPE's value of providing teams with "transformation" not just "information". We provide standard and customized workshops and individual coaching for leadership teams, training programs, and organizations in a wide variety of situations.

Consulting and coaching work has led Darrell to work globally with businesses, government, non-profits and faith-based organizations. Known for his passionate delivery, leaders are equipped and empowered to lead their teams to success. Darrell’s personal approach mixed with an innate understanding of cultural and organizational dynamics can help you and your team lead more effectively.
