Sears Coaching started with a whisper when Tamica Sears discovered her love for Executive Coaching and grew to a loud roar when she met Eric Franco and discovered his natural coaching ability. Together the two of them are on a mission to change Corporate America, organization by organization, one leader at a time. We believe that each person has it within themselves to be an excellent leader, someone who can develop themselves, motivate and inspire the people around them and transform organizations. After meeting Kirsty Sayer, we realized that we needed a softer side of Sears Coaching and she fulfills that need as the Life Coaching arm of the organization.

I’m The Corporate Fixer and my mission is to help people become more self-aware so that they can lead from a place of authenticity and self-acceptance. I believe that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work and have the opportunity to be innovative and empowered. As an HR Professional and Leadership Development Coach, for the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of coaching and developing leaders in a wide range of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to mom-and-pop shops. My primary focus is helping them increase productivity and revenue through higher employee engagement.

The greatest reward I get from doing this work is knowing that I am helping to transform corporate America into a more innovative and inclusive workplace. I am grateful to be a major player in changing corporate culture.

I earned my M.A. Leadership from Northern Arizona University and my B.A. Organizational Development and Psychology from American Intercontinental University. I’m originally from Boston, MA, but now I call Phoenix, AZ home. I published a collection of motivational quotes and affirmations, You Are Enough, found on Amazon, and I am also a proud mother of 2 adult children and the cutest dog in the country.

Eric is a coach and the President of Franco I/O Consulting a multifaceted company that supports individuals and organizations to meet or break their goals and vision through the use of consulting, coaching, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology methods and resources.

Kirsty Sayer
Kirsty, a South Africa native, currently living in Ohio is the mother of five with a background empowering individuals and teams in reaching their goals, she is a personal trainer, birth doula, motivational speaker, writer, and Certified Life Coach.

Facilitator Accreditation

Become an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors® Team Development to unlock organizations’ untapped potential with this breakthrough program. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to this team development solution, this course will increase your knowledge and strengthen your Five Behaviors facilitation skills.

With The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation, you will dive deep into the Five Behaviors model and facilitation best practices. This five-week course will help you build the confidence and expertise to navigate The Five Behaviors Team Development sessions, fine-tuning your skills to deliver an effective experience for any team.

Online Program Includes:

  • Five week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Three to four hours of self-directed online study per week
  • Final exam
  • Accreditation certificate
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
