Jaime Nolan, CAE, CGT, is an organizational development consultant for associations and small businesses. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Jaime founded and served as CEO of IntrinXec Management Inc., a leading association management company in the United States. While under Jaime’s leadership, IntrinXec was named a Top 100 Best Places to Work by Minnesota Business Magazine for six years in a row (2013 – 2018). In 2019, after 14 years in business, Jaime sold the company to New-York based Jaffe Management, which allowed her to pursue her passion in organizational culture and team development.

Jaime works with dozens of associations and small businesses on strategic planning, board governance, team development, leadership training, and organizational culture. Jaime has been a Certified Association Executive since 2005, and a Certified Governance Trainer since 2016. In early 2019, Jaime became an authorized partner of EverythingDiSC (www.everythingdisc.com), an EverythingDiSC facilitator, and an accredited provider of 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (www.fivebehaviors.com).

Over the years, Jaime was named to the “Real Power 50” list by Minnesota Business Magazine, a “Woman on the Way” and “Innovation in Finance, Business Owner of the Year” by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, a “Woman to Watch” by the Twin Cities Business Journal, and a “Young & Aspiring Association Professional” by Association Trends publication.

Jaime is a 2015 graduate of the EO Global/MIT Enterprise Forum Entrepreneurial Master’s Program. Jaime served as the President of the AMC Institute from 2012 – 2013, and was a member of the Board from 2005 – 2014. She also served on the Board of the Preeclampsia Foundation from 2016-2018.

Jaime is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE), Board Source, and Associations North.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
