“Statice” (pronounced status) is a flower symbolizing success. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to level up your leadership role. Or maybe you need to create a team alliance. Whatever it is, we give you the tools to level up and make all the difference.

Statice provides tools and workshops that foster consistent, sustainable change and believe in a client-focused, values-driven approach to advancing your goals.

Possibilities include individual one-on-one coaching or group coaching on identified key areas of development including creating synergy among and across teams; discovering areas that may negatively, and positively, impact one’s ability to lead, understanding and navigating change and difficult conversations; and managing conflict.

We are certified to administer EQ-i 2.0 (emotional intelligence) assessments, 360 assessments, Energy Leadership Index assessments, and individualized debriefs. We are authorized partners of The Five Behaviors by Patrick Lencioni and Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
