Your Five Behaviors Partners - David & Valerie Fosburgh

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a powerful assessment and training program for intact teams. Healthy, collaborative teams are grounded in vulnerability-based trust. That trust allows teams to effectively work through inevitable conflict in a healthy and productive way. With trust established and conflict managed, team members are then able to personally commit to the team's goals, share accountability, and celebrate their collective results.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a modular program delivered in 1-day or over multiple days. Accreditation for this program is also available for experienced training and development professionals.

TeamMechanics is based in Central Florida and we travel to organizations throughout the U.S. We also work with global clients through an extensive partner network.

We are personally driven to serve others and help them be the best they can be in their workplaces. Our customers ultimately become our friends. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and the honor to call you both customer and friend, too.
