About Us

Tenice Wehmeyer

Our systematic approach to your organizational health focuses on you and your leadership team—its cohesion, clarity and collaboration. Our goal is to establish a cohesive leadership team with a clear, shared understanding of the team’s mission and approach, and the skills and discipline to communicate that clear vision to everyone in the organization.

Wehmeyer & Associates offers evidence-based coaching and workshops based on the latest research, proven practices and, most important, the high-stakes intensity of decades of experience in major technology companies. Our intentional approach helps you reflect, plan, act—and follow through.

Our services can be customized to your particular needs and opportunities, but in general they take four forms: one-on-one executive coaching, leadership consulting, 360 Live stakeholder assessments, and speaking engagements. Our sweet spot is building cohesive leadership team with a mission to create the greatest competitive advantage - Organizational Health.

  • Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

The Five Behaviors profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership book by Patrick Lencioni. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Participants will learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Using the feedback from their reports, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.

  • Building Organizational Health Consulting

Pat Lencioni says a healthy organization is one that has all but eliminated politics and confusion from its environment; and as a result, productivity and morale soar, and good people almost never leave. The organizational health movement is catching on and the world of work will be filled with organizations that focus on both dignity and performance. Through this rich experience, we will work to first build a cohesive leadership team, then create clarity, reinforce clarity and over-communicate clarity across the organization.

  • The Five Behaviors - Personal Development

The newest addition to our Five Behaviors brand is here, created to harness the power of The Five Behaviors across the entire organization! The Five Behaviors™: Personal Development half-day workshop teaches individuals to become better teammates using Patrick Lencioni’s model, to completely redefine collaboration. Designed for the individual learner, participants do not need to be part of the same team. Rather, they can implement the skills and knowledge gained in Five Behaviors from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork. The goal is to completely redefine teamwork and collaboration.

  • One-on-One Executive Coaching

Individual 1:1 coaching is all about exploring who you are and defining who you want to be. We emphasize your business impact, objectives and growth—knowing that getting that right will create positive ripples (and energy) for your personal life as well. Our results-focused work will never forget your personal fulfillment—as a source of energy for continual growth and as an end in itself.

  • 360Live Stakeholder Interview Process

This customized stakeholder interview process is part of coaching engagements and can be offered independently. It is based on the understanding that our behaviors affect us, our teams, our colleagues, our family, and our friends. Our stakeholder assessment process will help you gain the self-awareness you need to begin the changes you want to make and then build on the positive ripples of your actions.

In the methodical process of 360 Live, we conduct interviews designed to collect perspectives about the leader’s strengths to leverage, limitations to address, and overall behaviors. The input is consolidated into a confidential dashboard designed to support the leader’s personal action plan.
