You’ve probably taken personality tests… but now it’s time for an attitudinal assessment. The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible — a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.
Based on the bestselling book The Leadership Challenge ®by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is an assessment that measures the demonstrated frequency of the thirty behaviors that fall under The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. Over five million people have taken the LPI as part of their own leadership journey. The LPI-360 is the most widely used 360-assessment tool in use today. The LPI-360® illuminates the effectiveness of individual leaders in how they see themselves and how others see them. The tool provides insights into the commitment, engagement and satisfaction of those who follow individual leaders. When multiple leaders use the LPI-360, the group report can provide powerful insights into the strengths and development opportunities for the organization.
