    Training Edge helps you tackle the challenge of elevating your existing training programs to that deliver the right educational content in the best way possible to achieve high retention and successful outcomes. With this new request, we will use your existing content and program and elevate the experience and outcomes to a higher level of effectiveness. Using our experienced performance consultants and instructional designers on staff we will work with your existing content and supporting materials to ensure that your specific objectives are met and a strong impact is achieved.

    The goal of all training programs is to create a memorable event that brings about a change in the knowledge and behavior of the participants.

Facilitator Accreditation

Become an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors® Team Development to unlock organizations’ untapped potential with this breakthrough program. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to this team development solution, this course will increase your knowledge and strengthen your Five Behaviors facilitation skills.

With The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation, you will dive deep into the Five Behaviors model and facilitation best practices. This five-week course will help you build the confidence and expertise to navigate The Five Behaviors Team Development sessions, fine-tuning your skills to deliver an effective experience for any team.

Online Program Includes:

  • Five week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Three to four hours of self-directed online study per week
  • Final exam
  • Accreditation certificate
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
