Marcia Proto is a skilled leader, fundraiser and facilitator within the healthcare, education and industries. She has been successfully consulting for over 20 years with organizations within New England to make positive strides to improve internal communications, workplace productivity and effectiveness of teams and work groups.

Marcia has worked with non-profit Boards of Directors to identify short-term and long-term organizational goals and; in turn, create and develop “road maps” to promote organizational success.

Her passion is to work with individuals and groups and create positive and productive work environments. She fosters personal and professional development in the areas of: Effective Communication, High Performing Teams, Leadership & Management Effectiveness, The Impact of Corporate Culture and Workplace Expectations on Job Satisfaction, Productive Conflict; as well as, Celebrating Workforce Diversity and Promoting Inclusion.

She is a Certified Instructor and Authorized Distributor for John Wiley Company.
