& Collaboration

The Five Behaviors™ Facilitator Accreditation is available through our Authorized Partner Network of consultants, trainers, and coaches who help their clients build trust and strengthen teams.

What is The Five Behaviors Accreditation?

Facilitator Accreditation is designed for in-house facilitators, to enable them to scale and customize The Five Behaviors learning experience in their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence around the principles of Patrick Lencioni’s model, suggests strategies for delivering a customized learning experience, and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver The Five Behaviors, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture.
