Create a Culture
The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation is available through our Authorized Partner Network of consultants, trainers, and coaches who help their clients build trust and strengthen teams.
Facilitator Accreditation is designed for in-house facilitators, to enable them to scale and customize The Five Behaviors learning experience in their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence around the principles of Patrick Lencioni’s model, suggests strategies for delivering a customized learning experience, and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver The Five Behaviors, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture.

While accreditation is not a requirement to use The Five Behaviors, completing Wiley’s accreditation signifies a proven level of capability and expertise in The Five Behaviors. Commit to learning that lasts with a professional credential that connects your people and fosters a culture of collaboration.
Participants receive The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation, backed by 40+ years of Wiley’s research-based assessment experience and 200+ years of publishing excellence.
Participants develop deeper knowledge and expertise in Patrick Lencioni’s model, the assessment, profile results, and strategies to navigate possible workshop or coaching session challenges.
The course goes beyond the Facilitation Kit. It provides strategies to diagnose the specific needs of a group and customize the learning experience for optimal results and lasting impact.
