Currently published in 4 countries, and with sales exceeding 60,000 copies, Mike has reached countless people through his 60 Second Time Outs on personal and professional growth.  For over 35 years, Mike has been an exceptional business and sales leader with proven experience in leader, sales and business coaching and development, sales planning and execution, and training and workshop facilitation.  Mike has extensive experience on the public speaking and corporate training platform, teaching on topics including, leadership, productive conflict, goal setting, career and life planning, self-leadership, relationships, prioritization and time management, and communication  Mike is a partner and certified training instructor for Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Fred Factor. He provides corporate training from these platforms on communication, productive conflict, team development, emotional intelligence, management, and leadership.  Mike and his wife, Amy have been married for over 33 years – committed to a fabulous relationship centered in their faith and what Amy calls CPR (compromise, pursuit, and respect).  Mike’s personal values center on faith, family, integrity, and growth – with a vision of helping people grow professionally and personally through education, inspiration, and accountability.
