Home is Franklin, TN with my family spread out in North Carolina, Indiana and Illinois. Presently have three children all married to pretty cool people, and they have blessed me with 5 amazing grandchildren. My favorite title received so far is 'Ocean Papa'! As a younger man…Had the privilege of spending nearly 10 years in Youth ministries hanging out and investing in young leaders of tomorrow, it was an incredibly rewarding time. My professional journey led me to Real Estate as a Managing Broker and a National Trainer, then transitioned to the Staffing Industry as a Regional Director with an incredible team! A highlight while leading Louisville business region was landing an international contract with UPS as Global staffing provider, largest contract written to date in the industry. Since then, Specialized Recruitment and Staffing as a strategic partner and consultant. Eventually, consulting grew into coaching and training which included implementing business plans and process improvement models particularly as it relates to human capital. Helping individuals and organizations grow their most important asset, their people, has become my passion.
