She is also the Principal and CEO of Frederica Peterson Consulting, LLC established in 2015. Prior to founding her practice, Frederica was a respected and accomplished leader at Verizon Wireless and KPMG where she received numerous industry awards and commendations that reflect the passion and dedication she brings to her work. After many years of successfully developing leaders and building and leading high performing teams, she now leverages her expertise to help executives and leaders from all over the world refine and sharpen their leadership skills. Described by her clients as passionate, charismatic, intuitive and outcome focused, Frederica has worked with leaders in some of the top organizations in the country; Accenture, PepsiCo, Environmental Defense Fund, Alaska Airlines, Prudential, Meta, Honeywell, NASA, United States Homeland Security and the National Basketball Association to name a few. Frederica holds a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University; a Professional Certification in Executive Coaching from the Institute for Professional Coaching Excellence and is a Authorized Partner and Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®. In 2015, Ms. Peterson was honored with a New Jersey Assembly Resolution by former Lt. Governor Sheila Oliver for her contributions to the coaching field for the past 20 years in recognition of International Coaching Week.
